Damage During Delivery
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will replace the damaged item free of charge. To process your claim, please provide the following:
- A clear photograph of the damaged item.
- A copy of your purchase receipt or order number.
Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement of the damaged item. Please note that we do not offer refunds, only replacements.
Returns and Exchanges
- Our Delivery Service: If we handle the delivery of your purchase and there is any damage during transit, we will replace the item as outlined above.
- Customer’s Own Delivery Service: If you choose to use your own delivery service, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Once the item leaves our premises, we are not responsible for any damages or issues that may occur during transit.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized art pieces.
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
